An ice bath is when you submerge yourself into near-freezing waters for a certain amount of time. There has been much hype on ice baths, popularized by the ice wizard Wim Hoff. They are reported to have many physiological and psychological health benefits. But are these claims accurate? In this episode, I discuss ice baths and the philosophical lessons I've learned and honed over the last year.
