This Saturday (March 16 at 1200 EST), I will be doing a live talk about personal change. All of us are stuck in our ways to some degree. But why? Why do we continue to do things that we know are bad for us? Why is changing for the good so difficult?

What’s the Itinerary?

I will be doing a live talk on what will become a Strong Stoic Episode. After the event, I will open it up to the audience for a Q&A and discussion on the topic. (Note that if you would like to call in to ask a question with audio and video, you will need to be on a desktop or laptop computer. Everyone else will have access to the chat, but mobile users will not be able to call in to talk.)

We will be discussing:

• The nature of change

• How we change ourselves

• Why we get stuck in our ways and continue to do things that are harmful

• How we can transcend our “stuckness” and move forward
